We have received your land use application for 135 W. Francis (LPA-21-016) and
reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application is currently Incomplete.
The following are needed:
• Proof of Ownership: the Title Insurance information does not list Francis
Street Holdings LLC as the owner. Legal document showing transfer of new
ownership is needed for this application to be deemed complete.
Once you have compiled the remaining items for your application, please email
