Public Hearing: Wednesday, May 12th, 2021; 4:30PM

Project Location: 202 East Main Street, PID# 2737-073-99-001. Legally
described as Lot 1, Main Street Victorians Historic Landmark
Lot Split Subdivision Exemption, According to the Plat thereof
recorded November 9, 2012 in Plat Book 100 at Page 92, City
and Townsite of Aspen, County and Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant received approval for Conceptual Major
Development to demolish non-historic additions, relocate the
historic home on a new basement, and construct a new
addition. Setback variations and a floor area bonus were
granted to the project. The applicant requests approval for
Final Major Development.
