Public Hearing: Wednesday, June 8th, 2022; 4:30PM

Project Location: 204 South Galena Street, PID# 2737-073-40-001. Legally
described as Lots A, B, and C, Block 94, City and Townsite of
Aspen, County and Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant requests approval to modify and replace exterior
building material and fenestration.
Land Use Reviews: Minor Development Review, Commercial Design Review, and
other related reviews.
