We have received your land use application for 205 W Main Street – Conceptual Major
Development of a landmark in the Main Street Historic District, Setback Variations,
Transportation Impact Analysis, Relocation plan, Affordable Housing
Application and Affordable Housing credits (LPA-22-063) and reviewed it for
completeness.
Your Land Use Application has been deemed Complete.
Other submission items may be requested throughout the review process as deemed
necessary by the Community Development Department. I will be the staff planner for this

At this time, please submit the $5,525 deposit by mailing a check to City Hall, or you may
contact our administrative staff for other payment options. The administrative staff may be
