Dear City Council,
Please accept this request to extend the AspenModern negotiation by 30 days. Holiday meeting
schedules and two public hearings at the Historic Preservation Commission in October and
November have made meeting the 90-day negotiation timeframe impossible.
We look forward to presenting this important project to you and hopefully adding a significant pan
abode to Aspen’s Historic Inventory. Please reach out if you need additional information to
