Public Hearing: Wednesday, February 24th, 2020; 4:30PM

Project Location: 227 East Bleeker Street, PID# 2737-073-20-014. Legally
described as Lot 2, East Bleeker Historic Lot Split, according
to the Final Plat thereof filed on record in Plat Book 78 at Page
5 as Reception No. 521939, City and Townsite of Aspen,
County and Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant requests approval for restoration and relocation
of the historic home onto a new basement, and the
construction of a new addition. Floor Area Bonus and Setback
Variations are requested.
