Project Location: 227 East Bleeker Street, PID# 2737-073-20-014. Legally described as
Lot 2, East Bleeker Historic Lot Split, according to the Final Plat thereof
filed on record in Plat Book 78 at Page 5 as Reception No. 521939, City
and Townsite of Aspen, County and Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant received Conceptual Major Development approval for
restoration and relocation of the historic home onto a new basement, and
the construction of a new addition. Setback variations and a Floor Area
Bonus was granted. The applicant requests approval for Final Major
Development for the project.
