Project Location: 233 West Bleeker Street, PID# 2735-124-40-001, Legally described as
Lots A, B, and C, Block 51, City and Townsite of Aspen, County and
Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant requests approval to restore the historic landmark structures,
to demolish the non-historic additions and relocate the historic home on a
new basement, and to construct a new addition. A Floor Area Bonus and
Setback Variations are requested for the proposed design.
