DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
described property: 233 W. Bleeker Street, Lots A, B, and C, Block 51, City and Townsite
of Aspen, Colorado, Parcel ID# 2735-124-40-001. Final Major Development approval was
given to demolish all non-historic additions, restore and relocate the historic home on a
new basement, and construct a new addition. A setback variation and floor area bonus was
granted to the project. The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) approval was given
on August 10, 2022 through HPC Resolution #12, Series of 2022. For further information
