NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: 233 West Bleeker Street
Public Hearing: Wednesday, August 10th, 2022; 4:30PM
Meeting Location: Virtual Meeting via WebEx planned. In the alternative, the
meeting will be held at City Hall, City Council Chambers, 427
Rio Grande Place, Aspen, CO 81611. Please visit

Project Location: 233 West Bleeker Street, PID# 2735-124-40-001. Legally
described as Lots A, B, and C, Block 51, City and Townsite of
Aspen, County and Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant received approval for Conceptual Major
Development to restore the historic landmark structures,
demolish all non-historic additions, relocate the historic home
on a new basement, and construct a new addition. A Floor
Area Bonus and Setback Variations were granted. The
applicant requests approval for Final Major Development.
Land Use Reviews: Final Major Development Review, and other related reviews.
Decision Making Body: Historic Preservation Commission (HPC)
