Project Location: 233 West Bleeker Street, PID# 2735-124-40-001, Legally described as
Lots A, B, and C, Block 51, City and Townsite of Aspen, County and
Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant received approval for Conceptual Major Development to
restore the historic landmark structures, demolish all non-historic
additions, relocate the historic home on a new basement, and construct a
new addition. A Floor Area Bonus and Setback Variations were granted.
The applicant requests approval for Final Major Development.
Land Use Reviews: Final Major Development Review, and other related reviews.
