Staff Finding: The applicant has received Conceptual Major Development approval to combine
and enlarge the existing basement. As part of this scope of work, the applicant will need to
underpin the two historic resources which triggers Relocation review. Following the excavation
work, the historic resources will continue to occupy their current historic location. Staff supports
this request because it meets the Historic Preservation Design Guidelines and the criteria for
Relocation.
