Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following legally described property:234 West Francis Street, Legally described as LotsK, L and M, Block 48, City and Townsite of Aspen, Colorado,PID#2735-124-17-003.Final Major Development has been granted to relocate the historic structures to expand the basement, demolish non-historic additions and construct a new addition, and landscaping changes. Setback variations and a 472 sf floor area bonusfor restoration efforts were also granted.
