Project Location:234 West Francis Street, PID# 2735-124-17-003. Legally described as Lots K, L, and M, Block 48, City and Townsite of Aspen, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado
Description:The applicant has received approval for Conceptual Major Development to demolish non-historic additions, increase the existing basement, and construct a new addition. A Floor Area Bonus and Setback Variations were granted. The applicant requests approval for Final Major Development Review for the project, andapproval for Relocation and Dimensional Variations to underpin the historic structures to expand the basement. The historic structures will remain in its current location on site.
