We have received your land use application (LPA-21-009) for 121 W. Bleeker –
Conceptual Major Development, Setback Variations, and a Floor Area Bonus, and
reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application has been deemed Complete.
Other submission items may be requested throughout the review process as deemed
necessary by the Community Development Department. I will be the staff planner for this
