NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: 121 West Bleeker Street
Public Hearing: Wednesday, March 24th, 2021; 4:30PM

Project Location: 121 West Bleeker Street, PID# 2735-124-39-003. Legally
described as the East ½ of Lot C, all of Lot D, and the West
½ of Lot E, Block 58, City and Townsite of Aspen, County and
Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant requests approval for demolition of the non-
historic addition, relocation of the historic home on a new
basement, and construction of a new addition. A Floor Area
Bonus and Dimensional Variations are requested for the
proposed design.
Land Use Reviews: Conceptual Major Development, Relocation, Floor Area
Bonus, Dimensional Variations, and other related reviews.
Decision Making Body: Historic Preservation Commission (HPC)
