Project Location: 121 West Bleeker Street, PID# 2735-124-39-003, Legally described as
the East ½ of Lot C, all of Lot D, and the West ½ of Lot E, Block 58,
City and Townsite of Aspen, County and Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant requests approval for demolition of the non-historic
addition, relocation of the historic home on a new basement, and
construction of a new addition. A Floor Area Bonus and Dimensional
Variations are requested for the proposed design.
Land Use Reviews: Conceptual Major Development, Relocation, Floor Area Bonus,
Dimensional Variations, and other related reviews.
