November 9, 2012 in Plat Book 100 at Page 92, City and Townsite
of Aspen, Colorado.
Description: The applicant requests approval to change landmark to a home,
demolish non-historic additions, relocate the historic structure on
a new basement, and construct a new addition. Setback variations
and a floor area bonus are requested.
