The only other comment would be in regards to the water line and we would want that to go in under where the front walk is now located to minimize impacts to the spruce and aspen in the front yard. I think that it would be appropriate to have a site visit with the Forester prior to this installation so he can direct the best route for the tree roots. Of course this would all happen at the Building permit phase. A tree permit for any and all removals would be required also. This permit will also call out specifics for the dripline excavation for the trees at the front of the property. Thanks! Thank you! I do not want any trees in the right-of-way on W Hopkins removed. With the proposed plan, the driplines of neighbor’s trees will be impacted and some may need to be removed. My approval is contingent upon receiving a letter from the trees’ owners saying they are okay with the impacts and risks to their trees. I may require the developer of 22 W Hopkins to treat trees impacted with growth regulating horomones and trunk injections for bark beetle protection. Dave, do you have other comments for Parks? If you do, take mine and add them all together to send to Amy as one package.
