HomeMy WebLinkAbout300 S Spring Street_Public NoticePUBLIC NOTICE Of DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL Notice is hereby given to the general public of a site-specific approval, and the existence of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following described property: Parcel ID 2737-182- 27-804 legally described as: A parcel of land situated in Section 18, Township 10 South, Range 84 West of the 6th P.M. Lot A & B, Block 105, City and Townsite of Aspen, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado; commonly known as 300 S Spring Street (Hannah Dustin Building). The approval grants a Minor Expansion of a commercial, lodge or mixed-use building; relating to Municipal Code Chapter: 26.470.090.C. This approval allows for the combining of units 300 and 301 within the Hannah Dustin Building. Approximately 19.5 square feet will be added to the net leasable space of the building. The change is depicted in the land use application on file with the City of Aspen. The variation was approved by the Community Development Director in a Notice of Approval, dated 12/02/19 and recorded by The Pitkin County Recorder (Reception No. 660874 12/03/19).
