Negative Effect and reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application has been deemed Complete.
Other submission items may be requested throughout the review process as deemed
necessary by the Community Development Department. I will be the staff planner for this

At this time, please submit the $81 deposit for land use review by contacting our
administrative staff during normal business hours at 970-920-5090 or
buildingadmins@cityofaspen.com with a credit card, or by mailing a payment to City of
Aspen, Community Development, 427 Rio Grande Place, Aspen, CO 81611. For either
form of payment, please indicate that the deposit is for case LPA-23-066.
