OF
DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development plan,
and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and
Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following legally described
property: 312 Gillespie Street, Easterly Tract, Subdivision Exemption Map of the C.F. Murphy
Associates, Inc. Property in Hallam’s Addition, City of Aspen, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado.
By order of The Community Development Director on September 15, 2020 via a Notice of
Approval, the property owner received approval for an Amendment of an ADU or Carriage House
Development Order; Removing an ADU by providing an alternative form of affordable housing
