EXEMPTION FROM STREAM MARGIN REVIEW FOR 314 N. RIVERSIDE DRIVE Address: 314 N. Riverside Dr. Parcel ID: 273718159002 Zone District: R-6 314 N. Riverside Dr. is located in the Stream Margin Review Area as established in Section 26.435.040 of the Aspen Land Use Code.
