Galena Street, Suite #31 Aspen, CO 81611 Dear Ezra, We have received your land use application for the 322 W. Hyman Avenue variance request to replace a retaining wall in the setback. Thank you for submitting additional information after our initial response that the application was incomplete due to the absence of proper proof of ownership, authorization for owner representation and an HOA compliance form. With the understanding that the one outstanding item, a stamped and signed survey of the property completed within the last year, is forthcoming this week, we are proceeding with the scheduling a hearing date at the Board of Adjustment and identifying the case planner who will be your point of contact.
