Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
described property: 332 W. Main Street, 3rd and Main Condominium Unit A aka Unit 101,
City and Townsite of Aspen, Pitkin County, Colorado, Parcel ID: 2735-124-41-012.
Administrative approval was granted to improve accessibility and mechanical systems. A
Certificate of No Negative Effect was completed on April 24, 2023. For further information
