Hello Doug,
Staff has updated the status of the withdrawn application to active and ready to accept the deposit
amount of $1,950. Please see the original completeness letter and contact information for making
payment.
Once payment has been received, staff will review the application for comments with referral
agencies before we can put it on the HPC agenda.
Also, I would like to inform you to continue your conversation regarding this application with our
Historic Preservation Officer, Natalie Fienberg Lopez, moving forward as my last day with the City
will be in the beginning of October.
Thank you,
-Sarah-

Hello Doug,
Since the land use application for 333 W. Main Street was withdrawn, we are back to requiring the
removal of the temporary railing that was installed in 2019.
Please remove this railing by the end of this week, Friday September 23rd to avoid the issuance of a
correction notice by the Building Department for its removal.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
-Sarah-
