Jane is impossible- I’ve told her repeatedly that the application is just that- an application for and handrailing. She’s concerned about the look, the cost the need, etc. I’ve again reached out to her today explaining this. Because of the language int the Condo Declarations (Section 21), we need written authorization stating that the majority of the owners approve of the application. The request for this additional letter is to meet the proof of ownership requirements and Section 21 of the Condo Declaration states that a majority of the owners need to approve. Once we have this letter, we can discuss possible dates to schedule the item for HPC.
