Did ou receive my 2nd email, on it I had the listed owners and the owners that have
given approval, followed up with the emails approving application.
Jane is impossible- I’ve told her repeatedly that the application is just that- an
application for and handrailing. She’s concerned about the look, the cost the need,
etc.
I’ve again reached out to her today explaining this. There are a total of 7 owners so I
don’t need her approval to move the application forward, which is all I’m trying to do at
this point as the majority of owners have requested having a handrailing on the entry
steps
Thanks and please look for the email w the letter attached and the owners that have
given approval

Hello Doug,
I believe we will need the latter since it is unclear if this is a majority. Would you
include information of who and how many are in the HOA currently and indicate who
all have agreed to the proposed change in the GCE.
Also, we received an email from Jane Click regarding the application. We directed her
to you for details about the application, but I did inform her that the initial handrail
request was not at the request of our department.
Thank you,

I reached out to our ownership and have heard back from the majority approving the
application. It’s a bit clumsy because I attached a letter for everyone to sign but most
just replied to the email with their approval.
I’d like to attach the letter (I’ll note on the letter who has responded w approval) and
the email string with the affirmative responses- if this is not going to work please let me

Hello Doug and Suzannah,
We have the HOA form as part of the application. Because of the language int the
Condo Declarations (Section 21), we need written authorization stating that the
majority of the owners approve of the application. There is not specific template for
this letter, it would be one that is created but must state “the majority of the owners
approve of this application.”

Hello Suzannah and Doug,
Staff has been reviewing the submitted application for completeness and
find the following document is needed to deem the application complete:
A letter of authority from the HOA stating that a majority of the
owner’s approve of the application submission.
The request for this additional letter is to meet the proof of ownership
requirements and Section 21 of the Condo Declaration states that a
majority of the owners need to approve.
Once we have this letter, we can discuss possible dates to schedule the
item for HPC.
Thank you,
