Subject: Certificate of No Negative Effect: 400 W. Main
Hello Carrie,
Attached is the Certificate of No Negative Effect for the window replacement application at 400 W.
Main Street. I will also send the Development Order once it is signed.
Please note that there is a condition for this approval dealing with the removal of all A/C window
units which are not permitted on historic landmarks. Although window units are not permitted,
other options for cooling are permitted but must be reviewed as a Mechanical Permit submission.
Please feel free to reach out if you need more information regarding this topic.
Thank you,
-Sarah-
