DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development plan,
and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen
and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following legally described
property: 400 West Main Street, Aspen, CO 81611, Lots P, Q, R, & S, Block 37, City and
Townsite of Aspen Colorado, PID# 2735-124-42-006,. The applicant has received approval to
replace 11 non-historic windows with energy efficient windows of .28U or better, located at the
second and third floor of the historic structure. The Historic Preservation Officer granted
administrative approval on April 18, 2022, via Certificate of No Negative Effect and the
