Francis Street requesting Special Review from the Planning & Zoning Commission. This letter confirms receipt of a complete application, meaning we have sufficient documentation to proceed with the land use review. Other submission items may be requested throughout the review process as deemed necessary by the Community Development Department. At this time, please submit a review deposit of $3,250 by contacting our administrative staff for payment options.
