Dear Ms. Salter,
We have received your land use application for 401 W. Francis Street requesting
Special Review from the Planning & Zoning Commission.
This letter confirms receipt of a complete application, meaning we have sufficient
documentation to proceed with the land use review.
Other submission items may be requested throughout the review process as
deemed necessary by the Community Development Department.
At this time, please submit a review deposit of $3,250 by contacting our
administrative staff for payment options. The administrative staff can be reached
during normal business hours at 970-920-5090 or CDEHadmins@aspen.gov. Be
sure to reference the Land Use Number (highlighted at the top of this document)
when submitting payment.
Your staff planner will be assigned and will reach out pending receipt of the
deposit.
