Dear Gavin,
We have received additional information for the land use application for 413 E. Main Street –
Minor Development Review and Commercial Design Review (LPA-22-068) and reviewed it for
completeness.
This letter only addresses the fenestration changes that we have discussed with you and
responded to with a pre-application summary first issued on May 18, 2021.
Your Land Use Application is currently Incomplete.
The following are needed for this application:
• Proof of ownership: the letter from the attorney does not address details on if there are
mortgages, judgments, liens, easements, etc affect the property. We also need the legal
description of the property to be listed in this letter from the attorney. (Please see the
preapplication summary description.)
• HOA Form: The submitted HOA form is for building permits. Please see the attached
HOA form for Land Use Applications and re-submit this document with signature.
