DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific
development plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use
Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining
to the following described property: Parcel ID #2737-182-20-003, Legally described as
Lot H and Lot I, Block 82, City and Townsite of Aspen, County of Pitkin, State of
Colorado; commonly known as 305-7 S Mill Street. The applicant has received approval
for the installation of mechanical equipment on the roof and renovation of fenestration
consistent with the building’s current architectural character. The change is depicted in
the land use application on file with the City of Aspen. For further information contact
