DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
described property: 308 East Hopkins Avenue, Unit 101; legally described as Unit 101,
308 East Hopkins Condominiums; Parcel ID# 2737-073-29-011. The applicant has
received approval for minor exterior changes that include removing applied ornamentation,
mailbox, directional light, and fabric panel; repainting exterior steel elements and balcony
cladding; replacing 1st-story windows and doors with similar, stone veneer with brick
veneer, brick veneer with similar, grey stone pavers with black brick pavers, soffit material
with wood, sconce light with similar, and fabric canopy with similar; and installing
directional light on sofit, and freestanding planters on patio. An administrative Certificate
of No Negative Effect was issued on August 10, 2023. For further information contact
