HomeMy WebLinkAboutIncomplete_April 13 Land Use Application Determination of Completeness Date: April 13, 2022 Alexandra George, Aspen Starwood & Rio Crandall, Bluegreen Inc Aspen, CO 81611 Dear Alex and Rio, We have received your land use application for the 314 N Riverside Ave, Unit 2 Streamline Margin Exemption application (LPA-22-025) and reviewed it for completeness. Your Land Use Application is currently Incomplete. The following are needed: • A current (no older than 6 months) certificate from a title insurance company, an ownership and encumbrance report, or attorney licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, listing the names of all owners of the property, and all mortgages, judgments, liens, easements, contracts and agreements affecting the parcel, and demonstrating the owner’s right to apply for the Development Application. • The Applicant shall be listed as the owner of the property. Any persons acting as an Owners Representative for the project shall be listed in the Representative sections of the land use application forms. Please update with the Owner’s information. • The Homeowner Association Compliance Policy form must be signed by the Owner of the property (no older than 6 months). • The survey needs to be stamped by a licensed surveyor within 12 months of submittal of a land use application. The survey provided is dated 2019, please provide a current survey. This survey also is required to depict the 100-year flood plain, the high-water mark of the roaring fork river, top of slope, and any ditch easement that cross the property. • Please provide a site plan depicting the existing and/or proposed fence including location and height. A site plan is provided but lacks clarity to understand scope. • A written description of the proposal and response to how the proposed development complies with the review standards relevant to the development application Section 26.435.040.B Stream Margin Exemption.
