Aspen, CO 81611 Dear Rio, We have received your land use application for the 314 N Riverside Ave. Stream Margin Exemption application (LPA-22-025) and reviewed it for completeness. Your Land Use Application is currently Incomplete. The following are needed: • Please provide a Completed Land Use Application and signed Fee Agreement (see Land Use Application link below). • Street address and legal description of parcel, a document stating ownership that is no older than 6 months. • Applicant’s name, address and telephone number in a letter signed by the applicant that states the name, address and telephone number of the representative authorized to act on behalf of the applicant. • Site improvement survey including topography and vegetation showing the current status, certified by a registered land surveyor licensed in the state of Colorado. Survey shall be no older than 12 months. This survey also is required to depict the 100-year flood plain, the high-water mark of the roaring fork river, top of slope, and any ditch easement that cross the property. • A site plan depicting site work proposed that identifies the relationship of the work to the Roaring Fork River and the top of slope. • HOA Compliance form (no older than 12 months).
