Any applicant who believes the employee generation rate is different than prescribed pursuant
to Title 26 may request an employee generation review.
The following criteria are considered:
•The expected employee generation of the use considering the employment
generation pattern of the use or of a similar use within the City or a similar
resort.
•1988 PUD Agreement: Total of 331 FTEs generated from lodge operations
•Required mitigation for 198.5 FTEs (331 x .6)
•Code requirement: at least 60% of employees housed by employer within City limits

Proposed Motion
“I move to approve Ordinance #18, Series of 2023 for an amendment
to a Planned Development for Project Review, Growth Management
Review, and Commercial Design Review, allowing the PD to
accommodate seasonal structures, the installation of renewable
energy equipment, and a fence height variation as discussed by
Council, subject to the conditions listed in the ordinance.”
