This is part of the original application for the replacement of the stones from the sidewalk to the entry and the temporary handrail that has been in place for the last couple of years. The application was filed last fall, however, HPC determined that we need a document showing the majority of the owners support the application. I have attached a generic letter for everyone to review and sign that can be returned to the HPC. Signing this letter does NOT indicate you are in agreement with what ever is proposed for the code compliant Main entry way guard/hand railing. This document allows the process to move forward and was originally submitted with the temporary handrailing that is in place now. Please sign or indicate I have your approval that the majority of the owners support the application Thanks DT
