Dear City of Aspen Land Use Review Applicant,
We have received your land use application for Establishment of TDRs at 314 W. Main
Street and reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application is complete.
Other submission items may be requested throughout the review process as deemed
necessary by the Community Development Department. The staff planner for this project
is Sarah Yoon, sarah.yoon@cityofaspen.com. Sarah will be in touch with any questions
as she reviews the land use application.
At this time, please submit a $1,300.00 deposit for the review. A check can be made
payable and mailed or dropped off to: City of Aspen, Community Development, 130 S.
Galena St, Aspen, CO 81611
Alternatively, you can pay by credit card by contacting our main number during normal
business hours at 970.920.5090. Either way, please refer to the case number, which is
LPA-20-129.
