I looked over this to make sure the allowable was right and the allowable looked right, floor area
numbers checked out too, there is no basement level so made it a bit easier. Do you need feedback
on any other aspects, Sarah?

I have an application going to HPC for a TDR request. Would you mind taking a look at this
application and seeing if the floor area calculations look okay. I will be working on the memo for this
this week so if you can give me comments by next Wednesday, January 27, that would be great.
