RE: The St. Regis Resort, 315 E. Dean Street
Public Hearing: Monday, October 30, 2023; 5:00 PM
Meeting Location: City Hall, Council Chambers

Project Location: The St. Regis Resort (315 E. Dean St.), Legally Described as:
Subdivision Aspen Residence Club & Hotel, Unit: Hotel, County
of Pitkin, State of Colorado.
PID# 2737-182-85-033
Description: The applicant, Aspen Owner, LLC c/o St. Regis Aspen Resort,
requests a Minor Amendment to a Planned Development for
Project review to allow for the ability to erect seasonal structures
and to install fencing that exceeds height limitations prescribed
pursuant to underlying zoning. The application is to be
considered by City Council.
Land Use Reviews Req: Minor Amendment to a Planned Development, Minor
Amendment to Project Review, Growth Management Quota
System, Commercial Design Review, Temporary Use and other
reviews as required. City Council's Project Review addresses land
uses, mass, scale, height, floor area, site planning and other
major aspects of the proposal. City Council's action is by
ordinance and is binding.
