Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific development plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following described property: 413 East Main Street (Jing Aspen), legally described as Lots A, B, C and D, Block 87, City and Townsite of Aspen, County and Pitkin, State of Colorado, PID# 2737-073-30-002.Minor Development approval has been granted for a porch over outdoor dining space for a restaurant.
