OF
DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific development
plan and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
legally described property LOTS 1-7 OF THE LACET SUBDIVISION, 403, 406, 407,
410, 411, 414, 415 LACET LANE; the property commonly known as The Lacet
Subdivision, by order of the Aspen City Council on June 9, 2020 via amended Resolution
via City Council Resolution No. 26, Series of 2020. The Applicant received approval to
revise the types of improvements and activity allowed in a 25’ buffer of Lots 1, 2, 3, and
7. The vested right is solely for the plan included in the approval. For further information
