Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends the Aspen City Council approve the request for an
amendment to Resolution No. 58, Series of 1994, by striking Section 1.
Approving Resolution #26, Series of 2020 would clarify, for the Lacet
Subdivision, all areas outside the building envelope are subject to the
allowances and limitations of development allowed in setbacks as
established by the Land Use Code.
Resolution #26, Series of 2020 has no impact on existing easements.
