Community Development Department:
I, Paul Wisor, Bar License No. 36816, am a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado, and I represent
Galena Cooper, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, regarding matters related to their ownership of the
above-referenced properties. I attest under penalty of perjury that I have personal knowledge of the accuracy
of the following information:
i. Galena Cooper, LLC is a Colorado limited liability company;
ii. Galena Cooper, LLC is the owner of that certain real property located at 500 E. Cooper Avenue, Aspen,
Colorado 81611, and 320 S. Galena Street, Aspen, Colorado 81611 (collectively, these properties are
commonly referred to as “Volk Plaza”);
iii. Andy Hecht is the Manager of Galena Cooper, LLC; and
iv. In accordance with Galena Cooper, LLC’s Operating Agreement and the Colorado Limited Liability
Company Act, Andy Hecht is vested with signatory authority on behalf of Galena Cooper, LLC.
v. The legal description of the property is as follows:
THE SOUTH 68 FEET OF LOTS K AND L, BLOCK 95, CITY AND TOWNSITE OF
ASPEN. EXCEPT THAT PORTION CONVEYED BY DEED RECORDED JANUARY 16,
1959 IN BOOK 186 AT PAGE 382.
