1. Hot tub on roof deck – The current hot tub is within 10’ of the street facing façade and is
therefore non-conforming. If that hot tub is demolished, it may not be rebuilt in its current
location and will need to be brought into conformity with the current rules.
2. I do not see any details on the “umbrellas.” I believe that these may be permanently built-in
umbrellas, which would not be code compliant. Permanent rooftop amenities may be no taller
than 5’ from the roof deck.
