DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development plan,
and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen
and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following legally described
property: 520 East Hyman Ave; Legally described as Units B2 and C1, Pitkin Center Condominiums,
City and Townsite of Aspen Colorado. PID# 2737-182-51-004 and 2737-182-51-005. The applicant
has received approval to add two additional entrance doors, located at the walkway of the east
elevation and the alleyway. Approval is granted on May 2, 2022, via Certificate of No Negative
