This 11th day of February, 2021, the following alterations have been approved as represented in
the land use application drawings dated February 5, 2021:
• Window, door and exterior lighting alterations on all sides of the addition to the historic resource.
• Alterations to a patio abutting the addition.
Project Details and Review Criteria
The project qualifies for a Certificate of No Negative Effect according to Section 26.415.070.B of the
Municipal Code as the work affects only non-historic construction.
Based on a review of the applicable Historic Preservation Design Guidelines, Staff finds that the work will
not diminish, eliminate or adversely affect the significant historic and/or architectural character of the
subject property or Historic District in which it is located and that the design guidelines applicable to this
remodel are met.
