Dear City of Aspen Land Use Review Applicant,
We have received your land use application (LPA-20-115)for423N. Second Street -Conceptual Major Development and reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application is complete; however, please update the following information in the application packet:
Authorization Letter from owner: Please include the owner’s contact information in the letter and the letter must be signed.
Update request to include Setback Variations: The following features are proposed in setbacks: subgrade spaceand the deck on top of the garage. Please verify and update the request.
