Dear City of Aspen Land Use Review Applicant,
We have received your land use application (LPA-20-115) for 423 N. Second Street -
Conceptual Major Development and reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application is complete; however, please update the following
information in the application packet:
1. Authorization Letter from owner: Please include the owner’s contact information
in the letter and the letter must be signed.
2. Update request to include Setback Variations: The following features are
proposed in setbacks: subgrade space and the deck on top of the garage. Please
verify and update the request.
Other submission items may be requested throughout the review process as deemed
necessary by the Community Development Department. Amy Simon will be the case
planner for this project, and her contact information is amy.simon@cityofaspen.com
