Second Street Hey Amy, Apologies for not getting this to you by Friday. The biggest zoning implications I see for 423 N. Second Street is that it appears that they are trying to take some of their non-comforming deck area and transition that into more non-conforming floor area. Other than that I briefly checked their numbers and it appears that the demo/floor area checks out.
