Please see the new Zoning Checklist and accompanying Flowchart which have been developed to assist prospective building permit applicants in the preparation of new building permit applications. The Checklist provides a comprehensive itemization of required information, and the accompanying Flowchart assists applicants in determining what

Hey Amy,
Apologies for not getting this to you by Friday. The biggest zoning implications I see for 423 N. Second Street is that it appears that they are trying to take some of their non-comforming deck area and transition that into more non-conforming floor area. Other than that I briefly checked their numbers and it appears that the demo/floor area checks
out.
